Mother Rachel Collins, Pastor
A life surrendered to ministry.
Mother Rachel Collins surrendered her life to Christ in 1982 at Prayer Tower Fellowship under the pastorate of the late Elder Kenneth R. Collins.
She served in many roles including pastor conductor, nurse, prayer leader, usher, founder of an outreach ministry, and member of the Board of Directors.
She was raised as a “Daughter of Zion” under the late Dr. Estella Boyd.
Mother Rachel Collins married Elder Kenneth R. Collins in 1990 and together they labored in worldwide evangelism and house-to-house prayer services.
After Elder Collins’s passing in 2003 she was sealed by God as pastor of Prayer Tower Fellowship Church.
She serves as a CASA volunteer advocate, holds a bachelor's degree in biblical counseling, and continues community outreach, published works, and radio ministry.
